Well, it's unlikely that we lose every game for the rest of the season so if we're going something like 2-8-1 for the rest of the year I would like one of those wins tonight |

As per Sabres Twitter, Gerbe to the top line. Looks like RR agrees with me |

What does Mark Manacari need to do in order to be given a change again? The guy has lead the Amerks in total scoring for almost the entire season, he leads their team in goals, PP goals (6), PP assists (18), total points and shots... which by the way has been clocked in upper 90s and even above 100 mph at times! He's bigger than most of the current Sabres roster and, essentially, what do the Sabres have to lose? Except maybe better draft position, right?
I mean, what can it hurt to give the guy a chance again? |

He has a 1-way contract. Would need to clear waivers to go back down, probably would get snagged. Plus we are down a lot of players in the Organization BC of trades and injuries so we can't risk that.

Canucks gave him a couple of games when he was in their system. Not top line minutes or PP or anything, but he did get some NHL icetime with them. I was curious to see how he'd do but he showed absolutely nothing.
He may be one of those guys who, if given an extended opportunity with skilled players, could suddenly have something click and find his game at the NHL level. But nobody seems to have enough confidence in him to give him that shot. |
